This package includes a CF card with ProSEL-16 and System 6.0.1 or ProSEL 8 with ProDOS 8 2.0.3 pre-installed and a CF Card adapter.
16 Bit means speed. Our Focus Controller card uses 16 bit Enhanced IDE technology for even faster throughput, especially when used with a IIgs & the GS/OS Native Driver. The Focus Drive is 100% ProDOS compatible and performs very well with all popular applications and other peripheral cards. Conflicts with SCSI cards and accelerators are non-existent.
If you want to use a 2.5" hard drive with your Focus controller it is recommended that you use the drive mounting rails to assure the drive stays connected to the card. The lower drive rail should NOT be installed at the same time a CF adapter is installed. The hard drive can stay connected with just the top rail installed as well.
